Review on πŸ‘  Household Essentials 2139-1 Metal Four-Tier Adjustable Revolving Shoe Rack: Organize and Showcase 24 Pairs of Shoes with Antique Bronze Finish by Mirzet Gosselin

Great shelves for low ceilings too!

I bought this 7 Tier Rotating Shoe Rack to replace the Over The Door Shoe Rack (Whitmor Over The Door Shoe Rack, 36 Pairs, White) which has been the bane of my existence was. (Why? Because every time I opened or closed the door, the shoes fell off, often accompanied by pieces of the shelf itself.) With this rotating rack, that problem doesn't exist. It fits unobtrusively in the corner of my boiler room and holds just as many, if not more, shoes than its predecessor. It's solid and *relatively* easy to assemble and install. Why do I say it was *relatively* easy to assemble and install? Because my house has low ceilings - 87 inches (7.25 feet). As a result, I had to cut 3 inches off the last support segment (except for an extra extension for 9ft ceilings). In itself it was not difficult, but it would be without the appropriate saw. After removing 3 inches, the bar *just* fits, meaning it took some effort to get it in place. On the other hand, it is very durable. Bottom Line: If your ceiling is less than 90 inches, you'll need to trim the pole. It's exactly 90 inches, you should be able to install it with some brute force (without the extension, of course).
