I had a pimple on my chin last year and nothing could get rid of it. No niacinimide, no exfoliating solutions, not even salicylic acid. I cut one of the big ones in half, stuck this bad boy in, and those things GONE. I took another one for leftovers (the one in the photo didn't think to photograph the first one but it was worse) and it was still very uncomfortable.
