Ideal for hiding bare wires from the wall mounted TV to the wiring box below. My previous solution to this was to cut a round hole in the wall and glue on a plastic wall grommet. The problem was that the grommets loosened over time, falling out of the wall and looking unsightly. This Echogear product solves the problem as the brackets have wings that screw behind the wall (just like an 'old electrical box') to hold them in place. In addition, it comes with a suitable size hole saw, so the total installation time is 5 minutes or less. Just make sure you use a spike finder to make sure you don't cut a hole where the spike is.
