Durable synthetic fabric.
I didn't know how to rate durability because when I say 'durability' I think of the heavy-duty, denim-like duffel bags I used to wash 20 years ago. However, for a synthetic fabric, it doesn't seem to rip if overstuffed, although I didn't have enough pockets to properly test this. Each holds about 4 charges (no bulky items), which I really like.
