If you don't know what to do with your cluster I hope this helps. If you turn on the high beams and the little blue light comes on on the instrument cluster and you find that it bothers you because it's too bright, you may not want to use the LED conversion. I'm talking about a line of cars that have a similar cluster to the Suburban 04. Yes, they dim, but not by much. I only installed 2 LEDs for my conversion just to see if I liked them. It looks nice and clean, but I like the way the dashboard dims but doesn't go out at night. Even with the LEDs on the lowest dimming level, they are still too bright for me. In addition, all the other billions of light bulbs in a car, such as power windows and radios, are too weak to be seen. Now a complete makeover of your entire car can look good! It's just that these 2 LED bulbs create glare on the windows and I just don't like that I can't dim them much more. These LEDs work as advertised and I have no complaints about their performance. They look great and very clean. Everyone I've shown loves the look but they're still not the type to look through the sun to see oncoming traffic lol. They just don't work for me. I dreamed about it and now that I've tried it I'm just sticking with the lightbulb :( Try it if you must and you know everyone has their own opinion :) In the photo I don't None Plastic cover over the sensors, creating a large semi-circle that emits a lot of light.
