Great when it works it won't wake you up from sleep
I have this adapter on both a Dell Optiplex 7070 Micro and Optiplex 5070 SFF with various HDMI monitors/cables (including a brand new one Dell HDMI monitor and cable) and I had trouble waking my monitors from sleep. A reboot is required to restore functionality of the monitor. I switched to Cable Matters active DP/HDMI adapters (large squares) which seem to be much more reliable.
