Firstly, these are not ordinary uggs, these are some lightweight uggs that I haven't even heard of. They look artificial and I don't like them at all. I want a refund or a replacement with originals that are not lightweight. These boots look like they're going to snap any second and I paid $150 for them for my daughter, she won't be wearing these and I'm sending them back. The seller must update the picture with the correct type of uggs if they want to sell them, which is false and makes others believe that they are buying genuine uggs. I am very dissatisfied!
