So this product was delivered on January 4th. I was happy to be able to make ice cream with the kids. Result. This ice machine sucks! My daughter's kid ice cream maker works better than this one. I am extremely disappointed! I even have a Hamilton Beach Dehydrator that took 2 days to make beef jerky. I never wrote a review for it because I love giving second chances. However, I followed all the instructions for this ice cream maker, but I still had problems. It seemed to stop every 3-5 minutes for no reason! I had to unplug it for 5 minutes every time it stopped. There wasn't much mixture in the canister and the canister wasn't too cold. I don't get it, but I can say I will never order a Hamilton Beach product again! It's been over 1.25 hours and it's still not finished. *I left it in the freezer overnight and only took it out when I wanted to use it right away.
