I have been using this massage cushion daily for two weeks now and am happy with the purchase. The product comes well packaged and is easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised at the pillow's solid build quality given the price, but it seems like it will last quite a while. The massage itself is very effective. The kneading rollers dig quite deep without causing pain and the effect is gentle and relaxing. Rollers can cover almost the entire back except for the shoulders/neck and tailbone, places that a portable device like this can't reach. What really surprised me was the heat given off by the rollers. It is definitely noticeable, but not too intense for a comfortable feeling, and it greatly increases the effectiveness of the massage. The pillow's control panel is easy to use, with buttons whose functions are clear and understandable. The benefit is the ability to select areas of the back to focus on, either by zone or manually, or to massage the entire back. It is possible to vary the "intensity" of the massage between "L" and "H" but I couldn't find much difference between them. After all, the ability to add vibration to the "seat” only adds to relaxation. The cushion comes with a strap to attach to an office chair and a flap that can be placed on the casters to reduce vibration. Massage.
