PROS: - Charming. - Lots of pockets. And i really like it. Has a *slightly* plush texture. *a little* CONS: The main zip came loose after a few hours of use. - Doesn't really support high volume, maybe that's why the zipper came loose. - Anything over 4 pounds and the zipper will likely unzip. Make sure you slowly work your way around the corners of the zipper lining. The shoulder straps are *a little* uncomfortable. I find myself changing settings every 10 minutes. **UPDATE: December 22, 2019** I was REALLY trying to love this backpack and be okay with the top zipper opening and patiently locking it in when it does. I gave him a 4 day commute with a half filled 16ml water bottle, phone, charger, key cards, burritos and an empty travel mug. That. Lightning. Is. F-ING. LAME.Pops keeps popping up, and the zipper grooves are thick, so they can't be fixed quickly. You have to press the zipper and ridges to keep the damn thing in place, and best of all trust it to pop after you put it on your back. Such a disappointment.
