At first I thought they would work. The structure seemed solid. It turns out it wasn't. After a week of brief use, one of the cables came loose from the volume control (see photo). Before the wire came loose I was slightly happy with the product. For $32 I felt like I got what I paid for. The cord doesn't balance around the neck, the volume control needs to be heavy enough to pull to one side. Not critical, but caused slight discomfort. When you turn it on for the first time, a very loud, very poor quality voice recording can scare you until you get used to it. Just don't put them in your ear until you hear them. Don't worry you'll hear it, it's so loud. It doesn't show you the battery level, so you don't miss any useful information. I would keep using them if they don't break. Just not a product to admire. In addition, VEENAX does not have a corporate website. That should have been my first wake up call. I'm sure there are much better options in the $30 price range.
