I like that it's easy to use, has many features (including video), is free for small businesses with up-to 10 employees or less; also allows you access from anywhere via mobile app - nice feature if someone needs help while out of office hours/location etc.; can be easily integrated into other social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter so more exposure in those channels too which helps boost brand awareness even further ; very user friendly interface allowing non tech savvy users who are not familiar wth website building software much easier time getting started using this platform without having any issues at all! would love some additional functionality including ability integrate email marketing campaigns but overall great product offering simple yet effective solution when looking after candidate recruitment requirements.
