so people are confused I guess. They say the bottom layer is shrinking, but it's true. lol although it rolls but I find it easy to fix (just pull it down and flatten it out before putting it on the baby). My 3 year old is very picky about clothes and LOVES this dress. Plus it was available, which is why I call it a win. Babies fit into clothes at 4 or 5 months and then outgrow them (if it even takes that long before they break or get dirty) so I thought this was perfect for us :) perfect price, perfect size to play and yourself at the same time to feel like a princess !
