Excellent customer service. My cyan cartridge (IC chip) failed after a year of use, but about 2/3 of the cartridge is still there. I contacted the company to request another chip that I could replace myself. The answer came immediately. At first I was disappointed because in response they told me that they couldn't just supply the chip. Instead, they asked for a photo of my printer's error message and a photo of the cartridge ID tag. I was impressed that later that day they asked for my address to send a replacement cartridge. When the replacement arrived, to my great surprise, a full set of cartridges was sent! Great colors and great customer service!
