Review on 🃏 Brybelly Four Deck Automatic Card Shuffler: Streamline Your Card Games! by Djkutt Kent

I bought this 4-deck shuffler in advance to invite my friends to play cards. The box label says it requires 4 AA batteries. So I made sure I had 4 new AA batteries to put in the blender when it arrived. The day my guests were here to play cards I opened the mixer's battery case to put the batteries in and it was obvious we needed a different size battery which was supposed to be a type C battery The mixer that comes with it will not work without the correct size batteries, although the packaging specifically states that "4 AA batteries are required". When I went back to purchase the Revain, the description said that if there was a problem with the shuffler I should contact the company instead of the seller. I called and emailed which to be honest was a disappointing response. The company initially said it couldn't be one of their shufflers because the box would contain the correct information. sent photos with my email to show the box and where 4 AA batteries were. I only got a message back after I sent another photo to prove it was indeed their product. Other than an apology for my inconvenience nothing was offered other than to let me know they messaged Revain to let them know about the wrong boxes. I thought Brybelly (manufacturer) would suggest something for my problem which they didn't . I haven't heard from Revane or Bribelli about it. Just add this information so everyone will know if they are considering buying this stirrer. I bought C batteries which seem to get the stirrer working properly, but I've only used them once. I'd rather have the correct box so that if I need to replace it another time I don't have to open the battery to find I need a different size.
