I received two batches a few days apart. No problem. But whoever sent the last two packed the glasses very poorly for shipping. The first was six 2.7 ounce cans in a bubble bag. They were beaten but operational. The second batch consisted of a few loose cans and an open box in a plastic bag. Needless to say, the banks really got beat up. Three glasses are damaged at the top of the glass and the glass is bent back to the curvature of the top. Not sure if they will be usable. The dents are not visible in the photo. I love the product and my cat eats it just fine (sometimes it's a bit sticky) but I'm not sure I'll keep buying it when they are. I will send banks. It's just not worth it. Cat food is expensive.
