I chose this mop head because it was cheaper than the original. First, the threads are slightly longer than the original, making the corners easy to clean. At the same time, the strands stretch slightly when wet, making them thinner than the original. I also noticed that if you don't spin the mop before putting it on the floor, the plastic scratches the floor more often than the original. This may annoy some, but for me it is not critical. Now the important part. How is it cleaned? I have found that it washes my floors just as well as the original and even cleans the corners better than the original. I should add that I always run the mop at least twice, so this can affect cleaning performance as well.
