UPDATE! Steam was turned off on one of my collars a few months ago when I really needed it, resulting in a scared and angry neighbor. I thought it might be a coincidence. But now the stimulation on the other collar has become intermittent, making it almost useless when it really counts. I'm not intentionally spending $90 on a disposable product. This loses 4 stars until I believe they deserve more. As others have said, I don't have a phone number so I'm not optimistic. I have 3 large dogs. The two need a little more every now and then - high discipline is the price of going off the leash in today's paranoid society. To be honest, there are practically no PRACTICAL systems for 2 dogs in this price range, since changing dogs requires fiddling with the radio, which is often useless for the current corrections to be made. THIS radio offers instant access with a simple slide switch and 4 buttons is all you need. No new LCD, no menus to mess around with. I cannot stress enough how important this is in a multi-dog system. Everything in the system seems to be of the same quality - from decent to good. This is not a professional model that costs several hundred dollars. But I think this system will last for years, not months like the other one I had. If not, I will report here. It's not ideal. The "blind operation" works with buttons and a switch, but the dial badly needs indexed movement to safely change settings without looking, which requires a light source at night. Mind you, I couldn't really feel the stimulus on my leg until about halfway through the power, although a micro dog's neck might feel different. At this point, however, it builds up quite quickly. Also, you can only charge one collar and radio at a time. Illuminated collar for night walks. In general, I am very satisfied with the system. This is a deal.
