I work as an interior designer so I move furniture around a lot and needed a large bottle to take with me during the day. I specifically chose this bottle for the case and shoulder strap. The pockets are very handy for storing my cell phone and a utility knife that I always carry with me. Because neoprene stretches, my large phone fits great. After wearing it almost every day for a month or two, the strap starts tearing the fabric where it's attached. I am very disappointed in this. I have yet to contact support and see what can be done.
