Nice knee pad, but the knee pads themselves aren't quite what I was hoping for.
Works well. Velcro stays closed, enough padding. However, it hurts a little when I ride in my sleep. It will move around my knee because it's uncomfortable if it's too tight around my knee. I also use it as a cushion under my arthritic knee during the day.
