I have a severe RSI and I can't type normally for a long time. I found that I could type about 10 times longer on a gold touch keyboard compared to a regular laptop. Basically, I don't feel any pain on this keyboard. I can put the keyboard in the tent and put it either on the keyboard stand or on my lap for even better ergonomics. I even use this keyboard on airplanes! Now I've bought three of these for different key positions so I'll never have to type on my laptop ever again. The only downside is that it's quite bulky, but I still take it with me everywhere.
