It was not possible to add a card and activate the device on a mobile phone via their website. I spent 45 minutes selecting options as their website is not formatted for mobile. The header options took precedence over the page option buttons. Every time I tried to select a field I accidentally selected the header option and ended up on this page. For some reason, one of the 30 times Choice required me to enter my device's serial number took me to a page that blocked my device's serial number and asked me to call the service number. So I called the service number. waited waited Eventually a message came that the service man wasn't available and I should leave a message. Another message came asking me to leave a message. Then, after all that, another message appeared saying the mailbox was full and I should try again later. odd minutes I was finally able to get a service rep to activate my device. Please specify in the description that you can only activate devices from non-mobile devices. Save time and stress for your customers. Or allow activation via the mobile app. Please.
