Mine is definitely not real leather. It has a black lacquered edge, has a plastic feel and in no way resembles real leather. I don't know if they sent me the wrong one, but other than that it's the same size and almost the same look. I kept it because I needed something I could easily carry in my pocket. The only advantage of a plastic material is that it is very easy to disinfect after purchase. I hope they just sent me the wrong one as others have obviously received genuine leather wallets.
