The best part about smith is that it's simple yet effective in creating awareness of your brand among consumers; as well you can customize its look to suit all types of websites! We have used this tool quite often especially when we are running events or promotions which require us t create an impact with our audiences via social media posts etc..

I would say there was nothing negative at first but after some time i realized one thing- Smith does not provide any analytics section so how do u know if ur post has been read by people? So my advice will be that try using it once before deciding whether it fits into what yu r looking fot b/c sometimes they just don't fit together perfectly like other tools out here!! There were no problems while using them until now (as far am aware).
