These leggings are made from a soft, flexible yet comfortable material. They fit well and hold up well, I could easily see they were used for training. I also love that my dog's hair doesn't stick to them! The product is worth the price. The icing on the cake is that these leggings have two pockets. I vary in weight and currently weigh 145 lbs, small build, petite build, I am medium in color a greenish fair color. Highly recommended and would buy again.
