The best thing about this software is that it has all features i needed in one place, without having to install multiple softwares. It was not easy for me to find out where exactly did i need to look at when searching for any feature of the product. This should be made more clear. There are some things which can be improved upon such as making sure there is an option to have the license key visible throughout the application so you know what license you will use before using it. We used it to manage our licenses across several applications (such as office 365) with ease. The support team is great, they are very responsive. We use it for our license management. It has been easy to integrate with our other products (Salesforce, HubSpot). There are some features that could be improved in the product, like the ability to have more granular licensing controls. However, we had no issues using it. We have seen an increase in revenue since implementing this product.
