I absolutely LOVE this pillow! I had a similar pillow before I bought this one and it worked great for a while, but I have broader shoulders and sleep on my side so there was still too much room between my neck and the pillow. This pillow is perfect for me. It supports my broad shoulders 100% and even if you don't have broad shoulders you can adjust the height of the pillow. When I first looked at this I thought there was a black piece in the pillow that could be removed but it is NOT. The pillow actually has 3 layers of the same size, so if there are too many of them all together you can remove the layer, if 2 are still too many you can reduce it to 1 layer. And it's insanely comfortable. It's soft, but not so soft that your head falls on the bed. In just 3 nights of use I already feel a big difference in my neck and I no longer wake up with a stiff neck. Best $40 I've ever spent. I would pay $100 for this pillow!
