This is a great iPad case and the customer service is good too. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because it's brand new and I don't know how it will perform after a few months of daily use, but I'm very optimistic. The iPad fits the case very well and I like that because the iPad snaps into the bottom of the case, the entire front of the iPad is visible and it's easy to clean. My previous case was such that the iPad slipped in and dust and debris could collect under the case around the edges of the iPad. Not with that latch in the lid. Also, this finite case is very thin and adds a bit of weight to my iPad. Plus, it's easy to hold or carry around - it's not slippery at all. Also, the cover looks great. The inside of the front cover is made of felt or microfiber, which also protects the surface of the iPad. I contacted Flintie Support because opening and closing the lid did not put my iPad to sleep or wake it up. I received a response to my email in less than 24 hours and they suggested I check my settings to make sure the sleep/wake feature is enabled. I checked it, turned it on and it works like a charm. This protects the sleep/wake button and home button from potential wear and tear. If you're having the same problem, be sure to check your settings. On the iPad Air 2, go to Settings, select Battery, then turn on the Lock/Unlock switch. Overall this is a great product backed by great customer service. I recommend it!
