This is my first time using any folding tool so I have little experience of how they are supposed to work. However, I figured I could use one end or the other to score the cardboard where I wanted to fold it. What just seems to work? Neither end has enough points to do this effectively and I still get a less than perfect finish on the outside of the fold when I finish my card. This is better than my previous method of just using hands, but I think there's probably a better way. It's a nice weight and is very smooth and feels good in the hand, just not very sharp.
