So I had a big problem falling asleep and staying asleep on weekdays. I think it was because of the fear of getting up early and getting enough sleep. I bought this piece on the advice of a colleague. It blew my mind! Half an hour after it ended I was dead to the world. The most restful night's sleep I've had in months. Will become a regular part of my routine. Also knocked out my 220 lb dude like a goddamn kid. Highly recommended.
