Buying two at this price along with the cord pull feature is the reason I chose this one.
I use it at work and since I've had it I've only had the opportunity to wear it twice. I don't need the laces yet because they are very tight around my nose and face, a bit tight at first. I'm sure it will loosen up after wearing it for a while and I will need laces to tighten it. That's why I bought it primarily so I could tighten it up once it started to loosen and slide off my face.
