Great light, heavy weight
This light has a lot of power, and power consumption depends on how bright you want the light to be and how long you want it to stay lit, so I can't give a definitive answer on that. The flashlight itself is very light but can throw the camera off if you wear it around your neck with the flashlight attached. It's not very stylish to look at, but it does the job.
