Reviews about gloves are tricky. First, we all have different tolerances for cold finger pain. Then the ambient temperature and the wind. These gloves are said to be windproof. Well, if you live in Texas, that might be true. However, if you live in the Upper Midwest like me, maybe not so much. Here's what you need to know: When the ambient temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, these gloves will keep your hands warm in any wind except a hurricane. When the temperature is 20 degrees Fahrenheit, even a moderate breeze probably won't keep the chill out. Without wind, they work quite well up to 20 degrees. When new, the front of the gloves has a good grip, which is very comfortable. The touchscreen parts work, but as with any glove, accuracy is the issue. If your phone's screen is large, you might be able to press the play/pause button, but I wouldn't try typing with them. Don't buy them for the Alaskan winter.
