This cat tree serves its purpose. It’s sturdy, soft, and it was relatively easy to put together. The dangling ball is a little fragile, my cat pulled it off after being attached, but I feel like anything hanging has the potential to fall down at some point. No big deal. My cat LOVES the hanging hammock and my 1.5 year old toddler LOVES it too lol. She actually showed my cat how to use it. She’s about 21 lbs and the tree holds her weight without problem. Wouldn’t recommend letting your kid climb without supervision but the fact that she enjoys it with the cat, speaks to its sturdiness. It’s also pretty tall. I’m 5’7” and it comes just above my hips.
