I really struggled to decide whether to go for a medium or large because I ordered it before it was delivered and knew my sizes would fall right in the middle. At 9 months pregnant my belly was 41 inches and I weighed 160 (5'5, before pregnancy I was a size 8, had a 30 inch waist and weighed 140). and it just fits. The material is very soft and elastic, the design simple and clear. I am very happy that I bought this, I can already see the difference 1 week after delivery. I wear it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it's much more comfortable than my previous waist belt, much easier to put on alone. Definitely recommend!
