Review on Philips ICN4P32N 4F17 F32 Lighting Ballast by Douglas Norton

Due to the tropical weather on the east coast I installed four T8 UV-C lamps under my house to prevent the growth of fungi, spiders etc. I used plain white Romex wire and a timer. Ground the ballast body at the mounting screw - there is no ground wire or green screw on it. Hot and neutral wires enter receptacles at opposite ends. These are 4 x 30W T8 UVC bulbs. Works 24 hours, wires and ballast do not heat up. I have used these Philips ballasts before and they have worked for years with no problems. The air smells great in there. A smoke detector has been added just in case but I don't think there will be any problems from the past but as this is an isolated room I added an alarm.
