I've read some of these reviews and I was wondering "Did they get the same as me?" because mine is amazing. The sound was great and all functions worked perfectly. I have a rule that I use, "If you cut corners on the packaging, you can cut corners on the product," but there's another rule that goes like this, "There's an exception to every rule," and that is where this product fell. . There was almost no packaging and I was expecting very little but was blown away by the sound quality from deep bass to high cymbals (you'll hear it when it sounds metallic or usually sounds like scratches on paper in cheap kits). I have to give this set 5 stars based on my personal experience, don't know why other people have had issues but I have to say I'm very gentle with my devices.
