Pros: The camera itself is beautifully designed, packaged and presented. There are many technologies built into the camera. The initial setup is easy and the app is quite intuitive. I would recommend installing AA lithium batteries (x8) as solar charging is not a reliable solution for continuous use. I've spoken to team members who are technically savvy and I've also come into contact with people who are clearly untrained, even though I knew more about the product than they did. This is unforgivable, unprepared team members only add to the confusion. Ugliness: Somehow the Vosker developers just released an update for the app that created a huge problem by completely blinding users to their SECURITY CAMERAS! There was no warning and we have been in this outage for 24 hours. For those remote from "safe" sites, it's incredible that Wosker is putting CCTV users in such a vulnerable situation. At the time of writing this review, no time or date has been planned when a service disruption will be permitted. Bottom line: If you're buying these to accidentally catch wild animals in the woods, they're probably a good deal. However, if you are looking for a SECURITY solution, it would be better to find a solution that will not randomly plunge you into darkness and make you wonder what is happening on your SECURE(?) site.
