I solder a lot on my 3D printers and do a lot of projects. Most soldering is wire to wire and requires heat shrink tubing. I needed more heat shrink tubing and I saw it. I decided to give it a try. Well I'm glad I did. It saves some time but is so easy to use! As soon as I heat it up with a heat gun, the solder melts quickly and evenly and the heat shrink tubing closes smoothly around the terminals. I was shocked how easy it is to use. No need to heat up the soldering iron, remove the solder, wait for the iron to cool, and clean up the workspace. The connections are strong. Every little gain in time is important to me, that helps me a lot!
