Offers should be clearer

When I ordered it wasn't very clear in the description that it was a used item and I really thought I was buying a new, somewhat outdated mouse at a discount. I had to double check the listing after opening the box and seeing a thank you sticker for breathing new life into a used item. I have no problem buying used and refurbished electronics and I have done so many times. The difference is that I didn't look for it on this trip and the list was included in my search anyway. Lesson learned. The mouse was not packaged properly, the mouse dangled and bounced with no padding in the original packaging. It wasn't removed at all. There was obvious wear and tear on the upholstery and buttons, as well as a lot of dirt in the crevices. My everyday mice don't look like that at all. The amount of dirt and wear and tear was NOT worth the $5 savings and after that I'm really not impressed with Revain's used electronics service. How could anyone test it to make sure it's fully functional and leave it so dirty? The mouse seems to work fine. Communication is good and the buttons are still quite clicky and firm. He does what he has to do and it's not my fault. It works on par with the same make and model my husband has had for several years but doesn't use every day.
