There is a video on the website showing how to cut the strap. But there are no instructions. First I cut off 7 1/4 inches. The belt still seemed too long. Cut 2 1/4" of reinforcement. The ratchet barely engages the teeth of the belt. And it doesn't hold up. Offset from the end of the belt to the start of the teeth. A direction would help here too.
