I like that it is very easy to use for all departments within an organisation since we are using several different platforms (web-based applications). It's also possible to make changes easily without having to contact IT department or other team members which makes this tool ideal when you're working with smaller teams where collaboration can be difficult! You have to learn how to navigate through the system but once done so there isn't much maintenance required afterwards. We've been able to set up our own CRM solution without contacting any external vendors. This has saved us considerable time - especially during implementation phases when everything needs tweaking before going live.
