Imperfect design, (sleep scientist testifies).

Okay, listen to me. As a sleep pro, this product seems to be one of the best out there (design wise). Well, while the wavelength of light is important when it comes to sleep quality, the BIG issue is its intensity, and that's where this product falls short. Only two intensities are offered, with the lower one still WAY too bright once your eyes adjust to the dark. In my opinion there should be about two additional lower intensities than the current lowest. Maybe 30% and 50% of the existing minimum. I'm not sure if there's a hack existing users can create with a little work, but Hooga needs to reconsider their product. When this is resolved I am ready to conduct a clinical study and share the results. Know that rhodopsin is not only found in the eyes, but also in your skin (which is why you can never sleep peacefully just by looking at your eyes). mask in a lighted room). In general, after seeing the changing trends in society, I think that reading a book before bed is much better than using the phone. Such a reading lamp is superior to a bedside lamp. Please note that the current intensity also affects the quality of your partner's sleep. Note: I can't fully confirm the battery life as I haven't used it for long. And I just noticed that sellers/manufacturers only take reviews seriously if there's a one star rating. I wouldn't buy it until an update comes out.
