Although this cable is significantly more expensive than most other cables, I find it a bargain because it is very well made. I bought a lot of cables for my astrophotography setup and some of them got disconnected in the middle of the session resulting in reduced hours. This connects very securely to a USB port. The cable looks almost explosion-proof. I wish they were a different length and also right angle plugs because I still struggle with issues with other USB 2.0 cables - there is so much junk on the market.
