I added Sweet Sweat while wearing these during my workouts and it works! At the end of the week I will measure my arms to see if I have lost any inches. I ordered the medium and returned them for a large. The large fits so much better and my arms are not huge at at all. The large is just a better fit and the straps do not come undone.
- I wish it was a little bit longer, but overall it’s a great product.
- May trap odor or bacteria and not be easily cleaned
