Our only granddaughter loves to wear dresses and skirts all the time. When I buy her skirts, my wife and I always try to look for skirts with built-in shorts. The fitted shorts and length of this skirt make it perfect for an active 7 year old to play with. She also loves the way it looks with the red striped print and told us it's very soft and comfortable. She certainly came in the size we ordered for her, but my wife pointed out that the elastic waistband and stretch denim should also allow for some freedom in fit. Our daughter washed the skirt in cold water and dried it on a low heat with no sign of shrinkage or discoloration. Neither of us found anything. negative feedback.
