I like that it's easy for me as an SEO agency owner/manager to manage my own account from any device or browser with no special software needed! It makes managing our accounts easier than ever before!! The customer service has been great too when we've had questions about their product in general (or even just how something works).

There are some things they could improve upon but nothing major so far - maybe because of all these new features being added at such rapid speed? They have made it very simple for us to be able to create campaigns quickly which saves time by not having to manually schedule them every day ourselves anymore.
