Since 2014 I've been struggling with a broken hip or similar on the left side by swimming with fins. but there were always problems. The first day I used the psoriasis rite and positioning game I finally found a spot that was in pretty bad pain so I moved and rested on it for 3-5 minutes and after that there was no more pain! Now I do this 2-3 times a day for 2-3 minutes since I'm active but also sedentary a lot. Highly recommended if you've had hip/back pain. I also bought a mini psoriasis ritual for forearms and shoulders and that little thing is amazing too!
