I am 99.9% sure this is a fake sold by AS Sorelle. The front part is divided into two and is attached to each other with a wooden dowel. I've had it for about a month and that dowel has already snapped. My 3 year old son uses it as an armrest to get in and out of bed and he can't support his weight. I'm sure it will break completely very soon and we'll have to figure out how to connect the two parts to something else. The design isn't impressive, although the espresso color suits it. The only reason he gets an extra star.
