I swear this product is all that was missing in my life! I was hesitant to try the weighted blanket because I was a little afraid of being pinched and thought it would activate that fear and trigger a panic attack. It's not like this. You should use a blanket that weighs 10 percent of your body weight. My weight is around 125 pounds which means this 12 pound blanket is perfect. The first night I lay down thinking maybe I didn't have enough weight. But I didn't even lie down for 5 minutes and then suddenly woke up an hour later. This blanket calmed my body so much that I fell asleep right away! I tried to argue that although I was feeling good, maybe I was too tired that day and that's why I fell asleep so quickly. Let me tell you that my sleep game has been taken to a whole new level every night and sleep since I got this blanket. I fall asleep on an empty stomach and sleep deeper. I highly recommend this blanket! I even took it with me on vacation last weekend!
